Yes — delivery, setup, and pickup are included, and delivery is free in Gilbert, Mesa, Chandler, and Queen Creek. The rest of the Valley is served with a delivery fee of $50–$250 depending on distance, and out-of-Valley requests are quoted case by case.

Morning setups run between 7am and 3pm, coordinated around your event start time, with same-day pickup after the party. Pickups after 9pm carry a $50 late-night fee plus $50/hour for additional delays.

A $50 non-refundable deposit reserves inflatables; soft play, ball pits, and tables & chairs take a 50% deposit. Every deposit applies toward your total.

Deposits are non-refundable, but you can reschedule any time — rescheduling more than once adds a $50 inconvenience fee. Card processing fees (~3%) aren't refundable once paid in full.

Grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, pavers, and indoor venues all work — stakes anchor on grass, sandbags everywhere else. We cannot set up on rocks, gravel, or dirt under any circumstances.

Yes — we're fully licensed and insured for park events. The park needs to provide power (or add our 2,500 W generator for $75) and a water hookup for waterslides.

Every rental is sanitized and dried after each use. Our units aren't brand new, but they're held to genuinely high cleanliness standards — it's a founding principle of the company. Contactless delivery is available on request.

Inflatables must deflate in sustained winds above 15 mph — that's a safety rule, not a preference. Cancel before 7am on event day and your deposit is held for a reschedule; after 7am, full payment is due. We sell time rented, not time used.

Credit, debit, or cash — payment in full is due at delivery. If paying cash, please have exact change; our crews don't carry cash.

No shoes, food, drinks, face paint, confetti, gender-reveal powder, silly string, or markers. Face paint permanently stains — replacement starts at $500.
